Company users can define ranges and assign respective scores to filter out appraisers on the basis of weightage. Please note that the cumulative weightage score for all the enabled 'appraiser selection criteria' should be exactly 20. You may assign a start range and an end range to manage the range score distribution for each selection criterion.
The weightage is assigned to the following factors:
- Vendor Distance - This is the distance for a vendor from the subject property (in radius mile)
- Turn time - The total turn time of an appraiser
- Overall Rating - The overall rating of the appraiser
- Vendor Score - The overall score of the vendor
Users can assign different weightages to each of the aforementioned factors, the cumulative weightage should be equal to 20. Furthermore, within each category, users can also define a start and end range and set what score does each range reflects. The maximum score for a range should be equal to or less than the overall score for the category.
A pool of vendors that has been filtered out in the “Appraiser Rules“ section will now be selected based on these weightages. From a pool of appraiser, the one with the cumulative highest score will be assigned the order.
Appraiser Selection - Sort Order
This is the sort order which is applied to the shortlisted appraiser’s pool who have already passed the criteria in the above section ‘Appraiser Selection – Rules’. These rules are executed one by one, starting from the top. Users can drag and drop the options to select the order of rules execution.
If two appraisers have the same weightage (refer to the above section), priority will be given based on the items in the sort order and whether the sorting order defines highest or lowest pick
