AMC Rules

The system begins by filtering out AMC’s based on the rules set in the AMC selection - Rules' settings.

Assign to AMC based on state-wise Active registration

Automatic assignment to AMC on an order can be restricted to AMC’s that have an active registration within the state where the subject property resides. To enable this configuration:

Turn on the setting “Only use AMCs that have Active Registration in the state where the subject property resides”

Restrict assignment to AMC based on order capacity:

Automatic assignment to an AMC can be restricted if an AMC reaches its maximum order capacity. The order capacity can be set within the AMC profile.

To enable this configuration, turn on the option “Do not use AMCs that have reached their maximum order capacity“

Restrict assignment to AMC based on offer capacity:

Automatic assignment to an AMC can be restricted if an AMC reaches its maximum offer capacity. The offer capacity can be set within the AMC profile.

To enable this configuration, turn on the option “Do not use AMCs that have reached their maximum offer capacity“

Order Assignment based on AMC rating:

This configuration limits automatic assignment to an AMC that has a specific rating:

Turn the toggle on to enable the configuration against the option “AMC rating should be greater than or equal to” and select a value from the drop-down

Assign all orders from a borrower to the same AMC

In ValueLink, you can ensure that all orders from a specific borrower is assigned to the same AMC each time. This can be done by enabling the following setting:

Assign additional orders for a borrower to the vendor assigned to prior orders for the borrower

Assign to AMC if they have authorize.net credentials configured

Users can setup automatic assignment to pick AMC’s that have their authorize.net credentials added within the ValueLink system. This configuration is only applicable when the Company level setting to allow payment collection to AMC is enabled.

Enable the setting “Auto Assign only if AMCs authorize.net credentials are available”

Restrict automatic assignment based on AMC turn-time:

Users can setup automatic assignment to only assign orders to an AMC that has a turn-time less than the specified value

To turn this rule on, enable “Only select AMC with Avg. turn time less than“ and enter a numeric value to specify the turn time limit

Users can setup automatic assignment to only assign orders to an AMC that has a revision turn-time less than the specified value

To turn this rule on, enable “Only select AMC with Avg. revision turn time less than“ and enter a numeric value to specify the revision turn time limit
