Staff Work Board Overview
Staff Work Board is one stop solution to ease the day to day tasks of ‘Staff Users’. This module allows the staff users to view all the activities that are taking place on the orders on a single screen. The functionalities of the Staff Work Board have been discussed further in this document.

Order Access
The order access section allows the users to view the orders they have access to. This has been divided into two sections that are mentioned below:
All Orders: All orders section would display all the order that the specific staff user has access to.
My Orders: My Orders only displays the orders that are assigned to the staff user only.
Note: Please note this section would only be visible to users who have the permissions to view all orders
View Functionality
The Views functionality allows the user to adjust the 'out-look' of the screen according to their preference. They can adjust the information that is displayed according to the staff user role.
Except for the Default View a user can create, modify, and delete views.
Default View
A ‘Default View’ is a generic view which is useful for all staff users with all the generic information displayed on the screen. This view can never be deleted. By default, this is the pinned view for every user.
Create Customized View
To create a customized view:
- Click on the ‘Create New View’ or the '+' icon on the top bar as shown below
- Enter your ‘View Name’ and select the details you wish to have in the customized view that you are creating.
- Click on 'Apply Filter' to create the view.
Delete Customized View
To delete a customized view:
- Hover the mouse pointer over the ‘View’ you wish to delete and click on the 'red cross' that appears on the right as shown below.
- Click 'ok' on the confirmation pop up to delete the view.
Pin a View
To pin a view:
- Hover the mouse pointer over the ‘View’ you wish to pin and click on the 'pin icon' that appears on the left as shown below.
- By default the ‘Default View is pinned’, the pinned view is always pinned to the left side of the view bar.
Tiles
The Tiles help to filter out the Orders by the following options:
- All Active Orders
- Orders with SmartAssist – Follow up rules
- Orders with Past Due Dates
- Orders with Unread Comments
- Marked Orders
- Orders with Reminders
When a tile is clicked, the left sidebar shows the sub-options of that tile, for example, the 'All Active' tile is further divided into statuses and from the sidebar options, orders in specific statuses can be seen in just one click.
All Active Orders
All Active – This tile shows orders in all statuses that the user has access to. Completed & Canceled Orders are not considered as Active Orders.
- Individual statuses that the team has access to, including Completed & Canceled statuses if the team has access to them which are mentioned below:
- Accepted by Vendor
- Assigned To Vendor
- Automatic Assignment Failed
- Declined by Vendor
- EAD Submission Failed

Orders with SmartAssist – Follow up rules
All – All Orders with SmartAssist Follow-ups
- Individual SmartAssist follow up rules which are added on at least one order which are mentioned below:
- Inspection Date Scheduled - Report Not Submitted
- Inspection Not Scheduled
- Order Not Accepted
- Order Not Assigned
- Sales Contract Not Attached
- Vendor Due Date Passed - File Not Submitted
- Vendor Due Date Passed - No Vendor Activity
Orders with Past Due Dates
All – All Orders with Client Due, Vendor Due or Both
Orders with Unread Comments
All – All Orders that have unread client comments, other comments or vendor comments.
Marked Orders
All – All orders that are flagged.

Orders with Reminders
- All orders with active reminders
- Orders with Expired Reminders
Sort Functionality
The sort functionality on the Staff work board allows the users to sort the orders that are present in the grid up to 3 levels. The sort button is is visible on the left side of the third bar on the screen.
The users can sort the above mentioned data furthered by selecting the order of the data from the 'Sort By' dropdown as mentioned below:
- Ascending Order: This will sort the selected data in Ascending order for the users.
- Descending Order: This will sort the selected data in Descending order for the users.
Filters Functionality
The Filters can be applied to a view, to filter out the data on the grid. The applied filters can also be saved to the view, which means that the next time you go to that view, the data will be filtered out on the basis of applied filters and previous filters (if any). Following filters are available in the system:

- Wholesale Lender

- Salesperson
By Date
- Created Date
- Client Due Date

The Apply Filter button only applies the filter, which will filter out the data on the grid for the time being, but the filter will be lost when the user logs in next time
The Apply & Save Filter button not only applies the data, but also saves the filter to the view, and the next time the user logs in, the filters will be retained

The search engine allows the Staff work board users to search out orders on the basis of:
The Dark/ Light Mode
Staff work board allows the users to switch themes. The staff work board supports the following two themes:
Dark Theme: This theme has a dark background with lighter fonts.
Light Theme: This theme has a light background with dark fonts.
