The ‘Open Quote Requests’ stat on the dashboard displays all the open quotes sent to Vendors
Clicking on the stat redirects to a list screen that shows the status of each quote.
Quote Details column includes:
- - Quote Closing Date – Vendors cannot send responses later this date
- - Placed Quote(s) – Number of responses received from Vendors
- - Quote(s) Email Count – Number of responses received from Vendors via Email
- - Rejected Quote(s) – Number of vendors opted out to respond for the quote
- - Awaiting Response: Number of vendors pending to provide response
Click on the Details icon to review the received responses for each quote
This screen allows the users to:
- - Select the quote
- - Share the quote(s) with Client
- - Send quote to more Vendors
- - Cancel the quote request
The Client Quote Requests section gives you the ability to quickly respond to quotes requested by your clients. The open request tab gives you access to any pending quotes requested by clients. The completed requests are the archive of the responses sent to quote requests by clients.
