Order Management - Modify Order Details

Once the order has been placed, you can make limited changes to the order information like the Borrower details, Contact Information and Agent details.

To modify order details, follow the steps below:

  1. Log on to your ValueLink Appraisal Management System account
  2. Search for the Appraisal Order which you want to amend users for
  3. Open the Manage Order screen by clicking on the Order Number (e.g. R15-00000)
  4. Click on the Actions button on the top right of your screen to reveal options
  5. Click on the Modify Order Details option
  6. Adjust the information as needed
  7. Click on Continue to preview the changes made
  8. Click Submit to save the changes
