The Items Awaiting Review show reminders set in the system as well as those reminders that have expired. They also show user applications for clients, sales people and appraisers pending approval before they get access to using the system.
Furthermore, it also gives the user to the Vendor Activity Log from where Admin and Staff users (with the required permissions) are able to track any changes made by Vendors to their profiles in the system.
