Administrators can set up delivery schedule on custom reports to be sent to company or external users. To set up scheduled reports, follow the steps below:
1. Click on Insights at the top of the Dashboard to display the menu, and then on Report Builder.
2. Select the report you wish to schedule a deliver for or you can use the navigation interface on the left to navigate through the report sections.
3. On the selected custom report click on the ellipsis to display more options.
4. From the displayed options click on Set Up Delivery Schedule.
5. On the CREATE NEW DELIVERY SCHEDULE interface:
Step One: Select Recipient(s) to whom the reports will be need to be sent to.
Step Two: Select the delivery frequency for the report either Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly.
Step Three: Selecting the format of the report and name of the delivery schedule.
Step Four: Choosing the Method(s) of delivery.
Step Five: A optional message can be added to the scheduled report up to 6000 words.
6. When all the data fields are completed or added you have the option to either Save the delivery schedule or Preview the report before you save the delivery schedule.
