How To Change User Profile Information

To change your user profile information, follow the steps below: 

 

1. Click on the gear icon that appears top right of the screen, and then on My Profile.

2. You may update the first name, last name, and email address on this screen. 

MY PROFILE User Details Username vlsupport First Name ValueLink Last Name Suppport Email Address cst@valuelinksoftware.com Cl Copy on emails for Alow real-time notifications for expired reminders@ Save Changes Cancel

 

3. Check the “Copy on emails for orders?” box to ensure that you receive all emails pertaining to an order. Unchecking it is NOT recommended.

4. Click on Save Changes to update your profile.
