ValueLink allows administrators to manage their state turn times on the company level for Clients and Vendors, to set this up follow the steps below:
1. Click on Admin at the top of the Dashboard to access Company Settings.
2. Click on Actions to display the menu and then on Default State Turn Times under the Manage fees & Turn Times section.
3. On the Manage State Turn Times For Company you will be able to set the company turn time for either all states or selected states.
The option to Import or Export State Turn Times for the company is also available.
