Information of all clients can be backed up at any time in a CSV file format to facilitate import and export of data. To create a backup of client data, follow the steps below:
1. Click on Admin at the top of the Dashboard.
2. Click on Clients on the left side menu to access the Manage Clients screen.
3. Click on Actions to display the menu and then on Backup Client Data.
The system will save the data as a CSV file on your system.
