Sign-up (Without Invitation) To Use System

Appraisers can apply to become users of the system if they would like to work with the AMC or Lender. Follow the steps below to sign up: 

1. Go to the ValueLink website of the company (e.g. abcd.spurams.com). 

2. Under Additional Options below the login screen select Signup as an Appraiser. 

3. Fill out your new details in the form and click on the Submit Information button. 

4. Click on the Done button to go to the Manage Appraiser screen. 

Note: The system administrator will be informed of your request to sign up for the system. You cannot use the system until the administrator approves your request.
