Appraisers can run a report to view details of all their bids made in the system.
To run the Bid Request History Report, follow the steps below:
1. Click Reports on the main menu
2. Click Bid Request History on the sub menu
4. Filter your results by selecting any of the fields below:
i. Keyword (searches the Appraisal Number and the Appraisal Description.)
ii. State
iii. Bid Placed
iv. Bid Accepted
5. Click on Apply Filter to get the results. Results are returned in a grid format
6. Click on the PDF icon to export the results to a PDF Report Export to Excel icon to export the results to Microsoft Excel in CSV format
