Order Management - Create An Appraisal Order

To create an appraisal, follow the steps below: 

 

1. Click Create New Order on the Home Page and select appraisal. 

 

2. Select Order Type (Residential or Commercial)

2. Fill out the fields on the order form. For Residential Orders, you may import loan data from a Fannie Mae 3.2 loan file to populate the relevant fields

3. All fields marked (required) have to be filled out. 

Select File @ Order Details Clie (required) Matthew Lender Branch Select One Investor Name Select One Transaction T — Select One - Property Details Choose File No file chosen required) Loan Number (required) FHA/USDA Case Number Priority Normal Borrower Information Borrower (and Co-Borrower) (required) Borrower Email Import Loan File Data Cl Is Lender Different? @ Loan Type — Select One - Borrower Phone Borrower Work Phone Borrower Cell Phone

 

4. Click Continue to review the information for the order 

Client Comments Do you wish to provide supporting documents for this order? @ @ Yes O No Continue Cancel

 

5. Click Confirm and Create Order save the order in the system 

Other Details Appraisal Previously Ordered Vendor File Number Comments Payment Information Choose your payment method False N/A N/A Tracking Numb @ Invoice Go Back Confirm and Create Order

NOTE: Select the Loan Officer in the Ordered By Drop Down under Client Details. You may add up to 3 processors per order who can access the order
