Order Management - See Order History

You can see the history of an order along with timestamps for all logged events pertaining to it.  

To see order history, follow the steps below: 

1. Click the “See order history” link on top of the screen beside the order number. 

2. A pop-out screen will show the order history details. 

3. Click “Hide order history” once you have reviewed the details to close the pop-out
