How To Assign An Order To an External Reviewer

To assign an appraisal order to an external reviewer, follow the steps below: 

 

1. Click on Actions to display the menu, and then on Assign to External Reviewer.

2. Fill out the Reviewer's Fee section.

3. Choose a reviewer from the list by clicking on Select.

4. Click on Assign To Reviewer to assign the order to the reviewer.

External reviewers are set up in the Vendors section of the system. The reviewer is automatically notified by email when an order is assigned.
