How To Edit Appraisal Order Information

An administrator may need to edit the appraisal order information in case  of any changes that need to me made on the order. Corrections to an appraisal can only be made by the AMC or Appraisal Desk. 

 

To edit an appraisal, follow the steps below: 

 

1. Log on to your ValueLink Appraisal Management System account.

2. Search for the Appraisal Order for which you want to edit the information. 

SEARCH ORDER All Branches Vendor Type Client Due Date From Completed Date To D Only Show Revision Requests Order Type Group Ordered By/Loan Officer All users Valdor Client Due Date To Cancelled Date From O Only Show Client Rev. Requests Order Type Order Status Vendor Due Date From Cancelled Date To D Only Show Flagged Items Created Date From Vendor Due Date To Transaction Type O Only Show Escalated Orders Hide Filter Staff User Created Date To Completed Date From Loan Type D Exclude On Hold Orders Apply Filter Reset Form Show Records Per Page 50

 

3. Click on the Order Number (e.g. R13-00000) of the appraisal order you want to edit.

4. Click on Actions to display the menu, and then on Edit Order and  make changes as required.

5. After making the necessary changes, click on Continue to review the information for the order.

6. Click on Save to save the order. The changes will be highlighted in yellow.

Note: Any edit made to an appraisal is recorded in the history of the order.
