How To Manage Automated Alerts

Automated Alerts are reminders sent out at prescribed times when an appraisal order is in progress. The administrator has complete control over which alerts are sent over and when these alerts are sent out and can even manage them from the Manage Automated Alerts screen.  To configure automated alerts, follow the steps below: 

1. Log on to your ValueLink Appraisal Management System account.

2. Click on Admin at the top of the Dashboard.

3. Click on Automated Alerts on the left side menu to access the Set up Automated Alerts screen.

To use an automatic alert, set the interval and turn it on. Click "Save Alert Settings" to activate the alert. 
Order Alerts 
Send a remindå when an order has been created but has not assigned in 1 day(s) 
Send a remindå when an order has been assigned but has not beel accepted by the vendor in 4 
Send a remindå when an order has been accepted but no inspection has been scheduled within 1 
hour(s)

4. Select ON to turn on the automated alert.

5. Set the appropriate interval for any alerts you want to use.

6. Click on Save Alert Settings at the bottom of your screen to save the changes.

Once alert settings have been activated, the system will start sending the concerned user automated alerts whenever the event that triggers the alert takes place.
