If a user forgets their password, the administrator can reset their password from the system. To change a user’s password, follow the steps below:
1. Log on to your ValueLink Appraisal Management System account.
2. Click on Admin at the top of the Dashboard.
3. Click on Users on the left side menu to access the Manage Users screen.
4. Click on the Edit icon next to the user whom you want to change the password for.
5. Enter the new password in the Password and Confirm Password fields.
6. Click on Save to save the changes.
In addition to this, Admin users can also send password reset emails to all users having trouble logging into the system.
1. Click on the Edit icon next to the user to whom you want to send a password reset email.
2. From the dropdown click on Email reset Password Link, to send the password reset link to a staff user.
