How To Customize Vendor Email Alerts

ValueLink offers a highly flexible and customizable email alert system, empowering you to tailor the notifications sent to vendors based on your unique requirements and preferences. To understand how to customize vendor alerts please follow the step by step guide. 

 

1. From the Dashboard click Admin to access the Company Setting section.

2. In Company settings, click on Actions and scroll down to Vendor Selection & Permissions and select Vendor Alerts. 

 

3. On the Customize Vendor Alerts screen select the alert you wish to customize.

4. After selecting the alert you wish to customize you will be shown two options from which you will need to select Use Custom Content in Alert.

Select Alert Content Type 
O Use Default Content in Alert 
@ Use Custom Content in Alert

 

4. In the Set Custom Alert Content section you will be able to edit the body of the alert as well as add tags in the email body as well. Tags are placed in the body to automatically populate data information from the order from.
