ValueLink gives its Admin the ability to manage its client's Quote Requests. To understand how to manage client quote requests please follow the steps below:
1. On the Dashboard scroll down to the Client Quote Requests section and click on Open Requests.
2. On the Quote Requests screen you can select the quotes requested from clients or us the filters and select the quotes accordingly.
3. To view the quote click the Actions icon on the right side of the screen.
4. On the Manage Quote Request screen two options will be provided to be selected from:
I) Send Quote response to client now
II) Request quote(s) from vendor
5. If the option Send Quote response to client now was selected then you will have the option to select the appraisal fee and delivery date you want to quote to the client and send the response accordingly.
6. If the option Request quote(s) from vendor the option to Request Quote(s) will appear.
After clicking Request Quote(s) you will be redirected to Send Quote Request for Quote screen.
Here you will be provided with filters to choose the vendors to whom the quotes request is to be sent
After selecting the required vendors click the Select Checked Vendors button to send the quote requests to the selected appraisers.
Post Vendor selection you will need to select the Quote Closing Date and Quote Closing Time and click Send Quote Request.
7. Once an appraiser has responded to the quote it will be indicated in the Quote requests section.
8. On the Manage Quote Request section you have the option to select the Quote.
If you click the Actions button you have the following options available:
I) Add Appraisers to Quote Requests – This option will allow you to send the quote request to more appraisers.
II) Share Selected Quote(s) with Client – This option will allow you to share quotes with clients so that they can review said quoted and accept or reject the quotes from appraiser at their discretion.
III) Cancel Quote Requests for Appraisers – This option will cancel the quote for all the selected appraisers.
IV) Send Quote Response to Client now – This option will allow you to directly respond to the Clients quote.
V) Cancel Client Quote Request – This option will cancel the request and send the cancelation to the client
