Set Client Engagement Instructions

ValueLink offers the ability to set client engagement instructions. To understand how to set client's engagement instructions on client's profile please follow the steps below: 

 

1. From the Dashboard, click on Admin followed by Clients to open the Manage Clients interface. 

 

2. Using the filter select the client whose engagement instructions you want to set.

3. On the Manage Client Information screen, click on Actions followed by Set Engagement Instructions.

4. On the Engagement Instructions For screen you will need to select the Order Type Group and Order Type.

Order Type Group Appraisal Order Type@ Residential Appraisal O Disable Company Engagement Instructions for selected Order Type@ Save Engagement Letter Text Cancel

 

5. Fill in the space with the engagement instructions and once complete click on Save Engagement Letter Text.
