To open a support ticket follow the steps below:
1. On the Dashboard, Click on the Help icon on the upper right corner followed by Open a Support Ticket.
2. On clicking on the Open a Support Ticket you will be redirected to a request screen.
3. Fill out all the necessary fields indicated by the red star, if needed, upload the document or screenshot, and once confirmed click on submit to send the ticket.
Upon successful submission of your request you should get the following notification.
