Search for Appraisers by Coverage

You can search for appraisers covering a specific county or a zip code in the ValueLink system. To search for appraisers by coverage, follow the steps below: 

1. Click on Reports and select System Reports on the top navigation bar. 

2. On the Reports page, click on the Vendor Reports option on the left side of your screen.  

1. You can run two different reports to search for appraisers by coverage: 

Appraiser Coverage Report - By County 

Appraiser Coverage Report - By Zip Code 

Appraiser Coverage Report – By County 

1. Click on the Appraiser Coverage Report - By County report 
2. Select the appropriate filters, making sure you select the State and County 
3. Hit Apply Filter to perform the search 
4. You can Export the results out as a CSV or a PDF file by clicking on the icons on the top right of the search results. 

Appraiser Coverage Report – By Zip Code 

1. Click on the Appraiser Coverage Report – By Zip Code Report 
2. Enter the Zip Code and select the appropriate filters 
3. Hit Apply Filter to perform the search 
4. You can Export the results out as a CSV or a PDF file by clicking on the icons on the top right of the search results.
