Manage Fee Table

Appraisers can set their fee tables in the system. These fees auto-populate as the appraiser’s fee when the order is being assigned to that appraiser.

To manage your fee table, follow the steps below:

  1. Log on to your ValueLink Appraisal Management System account
  2. Click on the View/Change Profile button on the top right of the Home screen
  3. On the Manage Appraiser screen, click on Actions -> Manage Fee Table on the right side of the screen
  4. Enter the appraisal fees for each appraisal type in the space provided
  5. Click the Save Appraisal Fee button to save your fee table
