Appraisers can run a report to view details of all their bids made in the system.
To run the Bid Request History Report, follow the steps below:
- Log on to your ValueLink Appraisal Management System account
- Click Reports on the main menu
- Click Bid Request History on the sub menu
- Filter your results by selecting any of the fields below:
- Keyword (searches the Appraisal Number and the Appraisal Description.)
- State
- Bid Placed
- Bid Accepted
- Click on Apply Filter to get the results. Results are returned in a grid format
- Click on the PDF icon to export the results to a PDF Report Export to Excel icon to export the results to Microsoft Excel in CSV format
