Appraisers have the ability to update the status of the order to inform the administrators and clients about the order progress.
To update the status of an order, follow the steps below:
- Log on to your ValueLink Appraisal Management System account
- Search for the Appraisal Order for which you want to set the inspection appointment
- Open the Manage Appraisal screen by clicking on the Order Number (e.g. R15-00000)
- Click the Actions -> Update Status link
- Select the status and check the email notification recipients
- Click the Update Status button to update the status of the order
Note: Appraisers have access to limited order statuses which pertain to their workflow.
