To activate or deactivate a custom form, follow the steps below:
- Log on to your ValueLink Appraisal Management System account.
- Click on Admin at the top of the Dashboard.
- Click on Review Checklists on the left side menu.
- Locate the checklist you want to activate of deactivate, and click on the Active icon next to it. This will activate a deactivated custom form and deactivate an active custom form.
