ValueLink gives you the option to itemize your invoices and show the appraiser's fee and the management fee separately to the client (on the invoice). There are different levels where you can itemize your invoices, follow the steps below:
- Log on to your ValueLink Appraisal Management System account.
2. Click on Admin at the top of the Dashboard to access Clients.
- Select the client to whom you would like to activate itemized invoices.
- In the Manage Client Information page click on Action followed by Edit Client Details. and check the Itemize Invoicesbox so that the appraiser's fee and the management fee are shown separately in the invoices.
- On the Update Client Information screen, scroll to Other Settings and select Itemize Invoices.
- To save the change click the green Save Client
- Click on Admin at the top of the Dashboard to access State Details.
- On the Manage State Details select the state you want to activate itemize invoices for and check the Itemize Invoices
- To save the change click the green Save Client button at the bottom.
