Notes can be added to any appraisal order by the administrators and staff users for internal use. These notes are not made visible to the clients or appraisers.
To add a note to an appraisal, follow the steps below:
1. Click on Add Note in the Notes section of the Manage Appraisal screen.
2. On the Add Note screen, enter the comment in the space provided.
3. You may select a “Common Response” from the drop-down above the message box.
4. Click on Add Note to save the comment and return to the Manage Appraisal screen.
You also have the option to copy company users on the note by selecting the Copy Company Users on Email, this should trigger an email notification to the copied users.
