If a client forgets their password, the administrator can reset it directly from the system. To change a user’s password, follow the steps below:
1. Click on Admin at the top of the Dashboard.
2. Click on Users & Permissions on the left side menu and select All Users to access the Manage Users screen.
3. Click on the Actions icon next to the user that you want to change the password for, and select Edit User Details.
4. Enter the new password in the Password and Confirm Password fields.
5. Click on Save User to save the changes.
