If a client forgets their password, the administrator can reset it directly from the system.To change a user’s password, follow the steps below:
- Log on to your ValueLink Appraisal Management System account.
- Click on Admin at the top of the Dashboard.
- Click on Users on the left side menu to access the Manage Users screen.
- Click on the Edit iconnext to the user that you want to change the password for. You can search for the user by clicking on Show Filter.
- Enter the new password in the Password and Confirm Password fields.
- Click on Save to save the changes.
