The appraisers can also set up the coverage area for their profile. To Modify Coverage Areas, follow the steps below:
- Log on to your ValueLink Appraisal Management System account
- Click on the View/Change Profile button on the top right of the Home screen
- On the Manage Appraiser screen, click on Actions -> Modify Coverage Area on the right side of the screen
- To see your current coverage, just select the state in the dropdown list.
- You may add zip codes by selecting the state and the county. Click Add County to add the county to your coverage area.
