Adding/Modifying Coverage Area

The appraisers can also set up the coverage area for their profile. To Modify Coverage Areas, follow the steps below:

  1. Log on to your ValueLink Appraisal Management System account
  2. Click on the View/Change Profile button on the top right of the Home screen
  3. On the Manage Appraiser screen, click on Actions -> Modify Coverage Area on the right side of the screen
  4. To see your current coverage, just select the state in the dropdown list.
  5. You may add zip codes by selecting the state and the county. Click Add County to add the county to your coverage area.
  6. To remove a zip code from your coverage, just uncheck the zip code from your

When done, click your company name on the top menu to return to the manage appraiser screen.
