The AMC has the option to email all or selected appraisers directly from the system if they wish to make an announcement or give instructions to appraisers. To email appraisers from the system, follow the steps below:
1. Click on Admin at the top of the Dashboard.
2. Click on Vendors on the left side menu to access the Manage Vendors screen.
Appraisers can be emailed collectively or selectively from the Manage Vendors screen. Instructions for both are as follows:
3. Email All Appraisers
Click on Actions on the Manage Appraisers screen, and then on Email All Appraisers. Enter your subject and your message. You may also upload a file as an attachment. Click on Send Email Message to send the email.
4. Email Selected Appraisers
On the Manage Appraisers screen, select the appraisers you want to send an email to by putting a check in the box next to their names. After selecting the appraisers, click on Actions and then on Email Selected Appraisers. Enter your subject and your message. You may also upload a file as an attachment. Click on Send Email Message to send the email.
Note: Attachments should not exceed 10 MB to ensure the successful delivery of emails.
