How To Import Appraiser Metrics

Appraiser Information can be imported using a valid CSV file format to quickly import multiple appraisers into the system. To Import Appraiser Data, follow the steps below: 

1. Click on Admin at the top of the Dashboard. 

2. Click on Vendors on the left side menu to access the Manage Vendors screen. 

3. Click on Actions to display the menu and then on Import Appraisers. 

4. Select your file, making sure the column names in your CSV data match with column names as prescribed below. 

5. Click on Import File to finish. 

Note: All appraisers are added to the system with a Pending status. Once uploaded, the users need to be set up for these appraisers, and the license information needs to be added. Once all the information has been added, the new appraiser can be marked active. 

The following fields are allowed for appraiser import. See details below:

State	The two digit code of the state where the appraiser is located	Yes	Please enter the state abbreviation. Wrong entries may cause the import to fail
Zip	The zip code when the appraiser is located	Yes	This zip code will be used in appraisal assignment assistance.
MailingAddress	The appraiser's mailing street address	No

InsCompanyName	The name of the insurance company providing  E and O coverage	No
InsCoverageAmount	The coverage amount for the E & O policy	No	A valid number should be entered for this field
InsExpDate	The expiration date for the E & O policy	No	A valid date must be entered for this field when populated.
VA	If the appraiser is VA certified	No	Only TRUE/FALSE values are allowed
Commercial	If the appraiser has a commercial license	No	Only TRUE/FALSE values are allowed
