To create an order, follow the steps below:
1. Click Create New Order on the Home Page and select the order type group. To place an Appraisal order, click on Appraisal. You can also select other order type groups as well to place an order for example BPO.
2. On the order screen Select Order Type (Residential or Commercial).
3. Fill out the fields on the order form. For Residential Orders, you may import loan data from a Fannie Mae 3.2 or iLAD 3.4 loan file to populate the relevant fields for the order.
4. All fields marked (required) must be filled out.
5. Upon the selection of the product the order fee and due date will auto populate if configured for the client.
6. Fill out the order form, add the necessary information, upload supporting documents and click Continue to review the information for the order.
7. Click Confirm and Create Order save the order in the system
Note: Select the loan Officer in the Ordered By drop down under Client Details. You may add up to 3 processors per order.
