How To Backup User Data

The administrator can back up the data of all users in the system. To backup user data, follow the steps below:

1. Log on to your ValueLink Appraisal Management System account.

      2. Click on Admin at the top of the Dashboard.

      3. Click on Users & Permissions and you can select All Users on the left side menu to access the Manage Users menu.

      4. Click on Actions to display the menu. From this menu, you can choose to:

Backup all Admin Users
Backup all Client Users
Backup all Appraiser Users

The system will save the data as a CSV file on your system.
