How To Edit Client Details

Administrators may at any time edit information about the client if required. To Edit Client Details, follow the steps below:

  1. Log on to your ValueLink Appraisal Management System account.
  2. Click on Admin at the top of the Dashboard.
  3. Click on Clients on the left side menu to access the Manage Clients screen.
  4. Click on the client name or use the search filters to locate the client whose information needs to be updated.
  5. On the client’s profile, click on Actions to display the menu and then on Edit Client Details.
  6. Make the required changes to the client’s details.
  7. Click on Save Client to save the changes.

Note: If clients become inactive, then their status should be changed on this screen.
