How To Change Your Engagement Letter

ValueLink allows you to save a copy of your company’s Engagement Letter, which appraisers have to accept before they can accept an order. To change the text of your engagement letter, follow the steps below: 

 

1. Click on Admin at the top of the Dashboard to access Company Settings.

2. Click on Actions to display the menu and then on Engagement Letter.

3. Select Residential Appraisal or Commercial Appraisal to edit the applicable engagement letter.

Order Type Group Appraisal Order Type — Select One — Select One Commercial Appraisal Residential Appraisal Save Engagement Letter Text Add Tags Cancel

 

4. Edit the text of your letter.

5. Click on Save Engagement Letter Text to save the changes.
