Some clients may place orders in the system on behalf of secondary, affiliated or wholesale lenders. To add affiliated/wholesale lenders for clients, follow the steps below:
- Log on to your ValueLink Appraisal Management System account
- In the navigation bar, hover on Admin and then select Manage Clients to open the manage clients screen
- Click on the client’s name on the screen provided or use the search filters on the bottom right of your screen to find the client for whom you want to add affiliated or wholesale lenders
- Click on the Add Affiliated Lenders link at the bottom of the Manage Client screen
- Select appraiser(s) from the list of affiliated lenders by checking on the box next to their name. You may search for an affiliated lender using the filter on the left side of the screen.
- Click on the Add icon on the right side of the screen to add the affiliated lender to the list
