By default, ValueLink is configured to automatically update the status of the appraisal as it progresses. However, the administrator may override this if they wish to update the status of the order manually. To enable manual status updates, follow the steps below:
- Log on to your ValueLink Appraisal Management System account.
- Click on Admin at the top of the Dashboard to access Company Settings.
- Scroll down to Order Level Settings, and check the Enable Manual Status Updates box. Administrators may revert to the automatic updates mode by simply unchecking this box.
- Click on Save Changes at the bottom of your screen to confirm the changes.
