How To Mark Orders As Complete

Once a report has been approved, it can be released to a client:

  1. Log on to your ValueLink Appraisal Management System account.
  2. Search for the Appraisal Order for which you want to release the report to the client.
    Note: You may alternatively click on Accepted (in Orders By Statuses) on the Dashboard.
  3. Click on the Order Number (e.g. R13-00000) to open the Manage Appraisal screen.
  4. Click on Actions to display the menu, and then on Mark Order Complete.
  5. Click Okay to confirm.

The client will be notified by email that the appraisal report is ready for viewing and the order will marked as Completed. The clients can then download the reports from a secure link from their order screen.
