How To Assign An Order To a Staff Member

To Assign an Appraisal Order to a Staff Member, follow the steps below:

  1. Log on to your ValueLink Appraisal Management System account.
  2. Search for the Appraisal Order for which you want to assign to a staff member.
  3. Click on the Order Number (e.g. R13-00000) to open the Manage Appraisal screen.
  4. Click on Actions to display the menu, and then on Assign To Staff.
  5. Select a staff member from the drop down list.
  6. Click on Assign To Staff to assign the order to that staff member.

Note: The staff member is automatically notified by email when an order is assigned. Other staff members will not have access to this order. Orders can be reassigned to a different staff member by following the same procedure.
