Scheduled Reports are prebuilt reports that can be set up for delivery to the intended users. Administrators can set up a delivery schedule for reports to be sent. To set up scheduled reports follow the steps below:
1. Click on Reports at the top of the Dashboard to display the menu, and then on Schedule Reports.
2. On the scheduled reports screen click on the Create New Scheduled Report
3. On the Add New Automated Report Schedule screen we will go through the following steps:
Step 1: Select the Report.
Here you will select the report we would like to schedule for delivery.
Step 2: Select the Recipient.
Here you will select the recipient of the selected report.
Step 3: Selecting Users.
In this step you will need to select the client and the client users or if admin then the admin users can be selected to whom you wish for the reports to be sent.
Step 4: Selecting Filters.
Here you will need to select the order type group.
Step 5: Select the Frequency.
Here we will select the frequency at which the report is to be delivered e.g. monthly, weekly, or daily.
Step 6: Naming the Schedule
Here you have the ability to change or set the name of the report as well as select if the report is to go out as an Excel or a CSV format.
4. Once done to complete the scheduling click on the green SAVE button
