ValueLink allows administrators to set up their Fee schedule on the company level for Clients and Vendors, to set this up follow the steps below:
1. Click on Admin at the top of the Dashboard to access Company Settings.
2. Click on Actions to display the menu and then on either Default Client County Fee, Default Client State Fee, Default Vendor County Fee, or Default Vendor State Fee.
3. If Default Client State Fee is selected you will be able to set the client fee for either all states or selected states.
The option to Import or Export State Product Fees for Clients.
4. If Default Client County Fee is selected you will be able to set the client fee for Counties accordingly.
You have the option to Import or Export State County fees for Clients.
5. The Default Vendor County Fee gives you the option to set the vendor fee for Counties accordingly.
The option to Import or Export State County Product Fees for Vendors is also Available.
6. The Default Vendor Sate Fee gives you the option to set the Vendors fee for either All states or selected states.
you have the option to Import or Export State County fees for Clients.
7. If you want to import a file with the product fees, click on Actions followed by Import, on this screen you have the option to download a template with the necessary fields to populate.
- Next, you have options to either:
- Overwrite data – New state fee records are added and the existing ones are overwritten ONLY for those products/states provided in the import file.
- Delete and Replace Data - All state fees in the import file are added and previous fees for ALL STATES mentioned in the import file would be deleted. (County Level Fees would not be deleted).
